These terms cover the use of this website. They are not a contract for a stay; that is settled in writing with the front desk.
An information site only
This site exists to describe Hotel Brezo in Valdebrisa, northern Spain. Nothing on it is bookable, reservable or payable online. There is no shopping basket, no payment page and no account to open. Room availability, arrangements and anything you have been quoted are confirmed only in email from the front desk.
Accuracy
We keep these pages current and write them ourselves, but a hotel changes: a room may be out of use for repairs, the garden runs with the seasons, and opening hours shift. Descriptions here are an honest account rather than a guarantee. Where this site and a written answer from the front desk disagree, the written answer governs.
No gambling online
This website offers no gambling of any kind. There is nothing to play here, no wagers taken, no money handled, no accounts, no bonuses and no links to any operator who does those things. The casino described on the hotel page exists only in the cellar of the building, and you must be on the premises to enter it.
On the premises: 18+ with ID
Entry to the gaming floor is restricted to people aged 18 or over, the legal minimum age in Spain, and photo ID is checked at the entrance. House rules are posted at the entrance and held at the front desk; staff set the limits in force on the floor, and may refuse or end entry at their discretion. Self-exclusion can be arranged at the front desk at any time.
About this domain
The domain name of this site does not describe what the site is. Hotel Brezo is not a diet, nutrition or weight-loss service, offers no dietary or medical advice, and sells no programme, plan or supplement. Everything published here is about the hotel and nothing else.
Our words and pictures
The text, drawings and page design belong to the hotel. Quote a sentence or two with a link if it is useful to you; please do not republish whole pages or pass the design off as your own.
Availability of the site
The site is provided as it stands. We do not promise it will always be reachable, and access from some locations may be unavailable. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on these pages where the front desk has told you otherwise in writing.
Law and changes
Spanish law applies to these terms. We may revise this page when the hotel or the law changes, and the version published here is the one in force. Questions go to the front desk address on the hotel page.
