Privacy

This page describes what happens to information on the Hotel Brezo website. It is short because the site does very little.

No forms and no accounts

There is no contact form, no booking form, no newsletter box and no login for guests anywhere on this site. There is nothing here for you to fill in, so we collect nothing from you through these pages.

Cookies

We set no cookies for visitors. The only cookies this site can set belong to the hotel staff who sign in to edit it, and they are created at the moment of signing in to keep that session going. If you are only reading the site, nothing is stored in your browser by us.

No analytics or tracking

We run no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party scripts. The pages load no fonts, maps, videos or images from other companies, so reading this site does not announce your visit to anyone else.

Server logs

The company that hosts this website keeps ordinary request logs, which include the IP address of the device asking for a page, the page requested, the time, and the browser identification string. These logs exist so that the host can keep the server running and defend it from attack. We do not use them to build profiles of readers, and they are rotated and deleted by the host within thirty days.

Email you send us

If you write to the front desk, your message reaches a mailbox read by hotel staff. We use what you tell us only to answer you and, if you decide to come, to hold your room and tell the kitchen about anything we need to know. We do not sell, rent or share your address with anyone, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Correspondence is deleted six months after the last reply in the thread. If your stay generated an invoice, the accounts copy is kept for as long as Spanish tax rules require, separately from the mailbox.

What we never ask for by email

We never ask you to send a password, a card number, a card security code or a photograph of your ID by email, and we will never send you a link asking you to type any of those into a page. If a message claiming to come from the hotel asks for them, it is not from us; please forward it to the front desk address and then delete it.

Asking us to delete your information

Write to the front desk from the address you wrote from before and ask us to delete your correspondence. We will remove the thread and confirm in writing within thirty days, keeping only what tax law obliges us to keep. You can also ask us what we hold about you, and we will reply with a copy.

The hotel decides what happens to this information and is responsible for it. Requests of every kind go to the front desk address on the hotel page.
